• Annahme, Sortierung und Verteilung der Eingangspost und Pakete
• Vorbereitung und Versand der Ausgangspost
• Digitalisierung und Ablage von Dokumenten
• Beschaffung von Büromaterial und Küchenbedarf
• Pflege und Ordnung der Post- und Ablagestrukturen
• Die Arbeitszeit beträgt 10 Stunden an 3 Tagen die Woche vor Ort in Hamburg-Harburg und wird flexibel nach Absprache gestaltet.

• Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Organisationsfähigkeit und strukturierte Herangehensweise
• Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
• Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Dokumenten
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
