Deine Aufgaben

• Organisation und Kontrolle von Produktionsabläufen

• Einrichtung und Umbau von Maschinen im Bereich Produktionstechnik

• Steuerung von Fertigungsprozessen im Bereich Produktionstechnik

• Artung und Reparatur von Betriebsanlagen und technischen Systemen

• Suche nach Störungsursachen

• Instandsetzung von Anlagen

• Eigene Herstellung von Ersatzteilen mithilfe von konventionellen und CNC-Maschinen

Ablauf der Ausbildung

Im ersten Lehrjahr wirst du zunächst in unserer Ausbildungswerkstatt eingesetzt. Hier erlernst du, zusammen mit den Auszubildenden aus unseren anderen Ausbildungsberufen, die Grundlagen in der Verarbeitung von Metallen und den Umgang mit Werkzeugmaschinen.

Ab dem zweiten Lehrjahr wechselst du in den Bereich Instandhaltung. Hier legst du – natürlich noch unter Anleitung – selbst Hand an, bei der Wartung und Instandsetzung von Betriebstechnik und Haustechnik.
