Augur Security - Senior Integration Engineer

About the Role

Augur Security (www.augursecurity.com) was founded in 2014 to tackle network security challenges from a different angle. We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer with a strong engineering background to drive agile development and project delivery within our evolving Enterprise Integration ecosystem. This role will play a key part in transforming our integration landscape to meet the demands of a modern, secure, and scalable architecture.

The ideal candidate will balance hands-on technical expertise with strong architectural and communication skills. You’ll collaborate across global teams to ensure solutions meet business needs, align with enterprise architecture standards, and are delivered with precision, quality, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and actionable integration solutions.

• Design, implement, test, and deliver high-quality integrations within the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and related technologies.

• Partner with offshore teams to ensure timely, standards-based, and prioritized delivery.

• Develop, maintain, and support production-grade integrations across cloud and on-prem environments.

• Perform release inspections and quality validation before deployment.

• Provide architecture and design documentation, including field mapping and system diagrams.

• Manage and report on sprint progress in an agile development framework.

• Ensure alignment of integration solutions with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance guidelines.

• Support solution deployments, execute testing cycles, and provide user training where necessary.

• Recommend and implement improvements to integration processes and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in application integration development and migration.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft 4.x, including API-led methodology, CloudHub, CloudHub 2.0, and the Anypoint Platform.

• Proven expertise with REST APIs, JSON, XML, web services, and related integration technologies.

• Experience implementing integration patterns and end-to-end deployment pipelines using CI/CD on CloudHub and Anypoint.

• Strong background integrating major enterprise applications such as SIEMs, Firewalls, Proxies (Splunk, QRadar, Palo Alto Networks XSOAR and XSIAM, Snowflake).

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with data platforms such as AWS Aurora and MongoDB.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and sprint-based development.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple concurrent projects.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills; fluent in Business English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven integrations or agentic workflows using MuleSoft MCP Connector, AI Chain, Salesforce AgentForce, or Google Agentspace.

• Exposure to iPaaS platforms and ETL tools beyond MuleSoft.

• Familiarity with enterprise-grade security practices for data and system integration.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) and assess emerging integration technologies.

• Strong customer and results-oriented approach with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
