Auditor Automotive sector

We are looking for an Auditor for automotive client.

Principal points

Experienced automotive warranty auditor, mechanic or automotive engineer (experience as a Service manager or Aftersales manager is a plus).
Very good knowledge of automotive-retail and in particular workshop- and service- processes and systems, ideally of the OEM.
Several years of experience in aftersales, preferably from OEM dealers.
Very good knowledge of automotive technology related to OEM models.

You may reside in any city in Spain, but you must have full availability to travel to the client’s offices in Spain and Portugal (60–70% of the work at the client site and the rest from home)

Qualifications and Skills:

4-5 years of experience as an automotive warranty auditor, mechanic, or automotive engineer (experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager is a plus).

Strong knowledge of automotive retail, particularly workshop and service processes and systems, ideally within an OEM environment.

In-depth understanding of automotive technology, especially related to OEM models, and familiarity with OEM repair technology.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and general PC handling.

Native-level proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese and business-level proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese; English would be a plus

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.

High level of mobility and flexibility to travel as required.

Strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
