BuildCam is Buildsafe’s rapidly growing camera-based site supervision platform providing 24/7 visibility across residential construction sites. Our technology identifies, tags and tracks key construction events using live monitoring and smart data, empowering builders and clients with real-time information.
We’re expanding, and we’re looking for a confident, organised and quality-focused construction leader to drive accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement across our auditing and tagging operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the BuildCam General Manager, the BuildCam Auditing Team Lead is responsible for managing our offshore auditing team, ensuring construction events are accurately identified and tagged, zones are correct, and auditing performance meets customer expectations. You’ll be the go-to expert for BuildCam tagging quality, real-time auditing performance and zone optimisation across multiple states.

Lead, support and mentor offshore auditing staff
Drive team performance and accountability
Implement best-practice and continuous improvement processes
Monitor tagging accuracy and event identification
Manage and optimise camera zoning
Identify and investigate performance issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems
Represent BuildCam professionally with customers and partners
About you

Confident using digital tools (MS Suite, PowerBI etc.)

What you’ll bring
Supervisory or Team Leader experience (offshore experience ideal)
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Minimum 2+ years construction industry experience (essential)
Ability to interpret construction phases, trades and site events
Ability to prioritise, self-manage and drive results
High personal accountability and ownership mentality
Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence/Jira) highly desirable
Experience documenting SOPs, processes or training content highly regarded
Experience with LMS or digital training platforms beneficial
