Job Description

Objet de la mission Réaliser des audits en autonomie afin de vérifier la bonne application d’un référentiel de certification de service sur lesquels sont engagés les établissements. Assurer des échanges avec les établissements selon le cahier des charges et le référentiel d’audit. Rédiger les rapports d’audits et assurer le suivi d'éventuelles demandes d'actions correctives. Respecter des exigences liées aux processus internes et nos accréditations.

Compétences Justifier d'une expérience professionnelle dans au moins un des domaines suivant du médico-social : personnes agées (Ehpad, SAAD... ), personnes handicapées adultes et enfants (MAS, ESAT, IME, IMPRO, Sessad…), protection de l’enfance (MECS, PJJ, ITEP…), inclusion sociale (CHRS, CADA…) Avoir une connaissance avérée des techniques d’audit ou de l’évaluation externe. Avoir une expérience probante dans le domaine médico-social.

Qualités requises : Goût du terrain et bon relationnel Rigueur Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse Impartialité Aisance rédactionnelle Autonomie.
