About the Role:
The contract audit team ensures contracts and addendums are accurate, enforceable, and compliant. Proper audits help prevent errors, reduce risk, and ensure smooth operations with facilities. Our core focus areas include:
Responsibilities
• Reviewing contracts for enforceability
• Verifying key commercial detail between contracts and the CBH App
• Logging issues and managing reporting
• Communicating with facilities to solve discrepancies
Profile must haves:
• Strong work ethic and comfort with ambiguity: You can move work forward even when inputs are incomplete or processes are evolving.
• Exceptional attention to detail: You consistently catch errors others miss and ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Clear, confident communication: You can independently manage written and verbal communication with external partners.
• Problem-solving mindset: You proactively gather relevant information, analyze root causes, and implement effective, long-term solutions while balancing speed and accuracy.
