We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Audit Senior Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a few years of experience in accounting, finance, and auditing, who are passionate about supporting clients in achieving compliance and operational excellence. 

What you will be doing 

• Lead and execute audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Analyze financial statements and related documents to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting

• Identify and evaluate risks associated with financial processes and controls, providing recommendations for improvement

• Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and providing insights on audit findings

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of audit tasks and adherence to deadlines

• Provide guidance and support to junior associates, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance

• Prepare detailed audit reports summarising findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management and stakeholders

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, contributing to the development of audit methodologies and best practices

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of audit work performed by the team, adhering to professional standards and firm policies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing value-added services

What you will bring along 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant audit or accounting experience

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mongolian, written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams
