Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of AV systems at client sites. You will work closely with project teams and clients to ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of AV equipment and systems (e.g., projectors, video conferencing systems, audio processors, control systems).
• Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on-site or remotely.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on AV system usage.
• Collaborate with the project and sales teams to understand customer requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure documentation of service reports, maintenance logs, and client feedback.
• Stay updated on AV technology trends and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in AV systems installation, servicing, or technical support.
• Strong understanding of AV technologies such as video conferencing, audio systems, control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX), and networking basics.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites when needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms is a plus.
