Audio Visual Installation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Installation Manager to lead and oversee our team of AV installers. This role is responsible for managing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality execution, timely completion, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines technical AV expertise with strong leadership and project management skills.

This role is fully onsite
Salary: $105,000-120,000/year

Responsibilities: :
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AV installers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate AV installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to allocate resources and identify potential challenges.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field as they arise.
• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment necessary for installations.
