Audio & Video Manager

We’re looking for a senior-level Audio & Video Manager to join our team. In this role, you will independently lead both local and international clients, develop AV strategies across TV, audio and video, and play a key role in new business pitches. You work comfortably in both Finnish and English and enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities

As our Audio & Video Manager, you will:

• Lead client relationships
Independently manage a portfolio of local and international clients as the goto AV expert, from daytoday support to senior-level discussions and presentations in Finnish and English.

• Develop AV strategy (TV, Audio, Video)
Build integrated AV strategies across linear TV, BVOD, online video, radio and digital audio, translating business and marketing objectives into effective media plans and recommendations.

• Oversee planning, execution and optimization
Plan and implement AV campaigns together with our teams, ensure quality and accuracy, monitor performance, analyze results and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Leverage digital, tech and AI
Use media, planning and reporting tools confidently, keep up with developments in digital video, CTV, programmatic and audio, and explore AIdriven tools for planning, forecasting, optimization and reporting.

• Contribute to pitches and internal development
Take a key role in the AV part of pitches and proposals, build compelling cases, and share your expertise to support colleagues and develop our AV product further.

Understanding of audits and contract negotiations is considered a plus, but not mandatory, as our investment team supports detailed commercial negotiations.

Experience and Skills

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Solid AV media experience
Several years of experience in media planning and/or buying in TV, audio and video, and a proven ability to manage client accounts independently.

• Strategic and analytical mindset
Ability to connect media choices to business outcomes, work confidently with data (e.g. reach/frequency, GRPs, delivery reports, dashboards) and maintain a strong attention to detail.

• Digital and technical competence
Good understanding of digital video and audio environments (e.g. online video, CTV, programmatic, streaming platforms), strong general technical aptitude and interest in using AIbased tools in your work.

• Strong client & communication skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to challenge and advise clients at different seniority levels, and advanced written and verbal skills in both Finnish and English.

Experience with audits, procurementdriven processes, contract negotiations or mentoring junior colleagues is an advantage, but not a requirement.
