The Auction Sales Representative supports and closes vehicle sales conducted through the company’s online automotive auction platform. This role focuses on managing assigned buyer leads, guiding customers through the auction and purchase process, and ensuring a smooth transaction from bid acceptance through delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned inbound buyer leads generated through the online auction platform

Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers throughout the transaction lifecycle

Guide customers through bidding, purchase procedures, timelines, and next steps

Support deals from accepted bid through payment, documentation, and delivery coordination

Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and administrative teams to close deals efficiently

Qualifications:
