【About the role】
Tomofun is looking for a KOL/PR Freelancer who understands the Australian influencer landscape and excels at both strategic planning and hands-on execution. In this role, you will lead KOL/KOC strategy, creator communication, posting coordination, and performance optimization for the Australian market. You will also explore partnership opportunities with local pet brands, pet-friendly businesses, and cross-industry collaborators to further expand Furbo’s brand presence and market penetration in Australia.

Australia is known for its strong pet culture and highly engaged pet-loving communities. We are looking for someone who understands local content styles, audience behavior, and platform differences (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and pet community creators) to amplify Furbo’s influence and bring our brand into the daily lives of more Australian pet parents.

【What you’ll do】

KOL/KOC Strategy & Execution

• Build Furbo’s KOL/KOC strategies for the AU market, including budgeting, creator selection, negotiation, content briefing, and posting coordination

• Utilize AI tools to improve content quality and operational efficiency

• Manage collaboration timelines, ensuring delivery quality across reach, engagement, and conversion

• Analyze campaign results and continuously optimize strategy to boost audience engagement and exposure

Cross-brand / Cross-industry Partnership

• Seek partnerships with Australian pet brands, pet-friendly companies, outdoor/lifestyle brands, and community collaborators

• Coordinate project details to ensure smooth execution, timely deliverables, and strong outcomes

Data Analysis & Optimization

• Consolidate and analyze performance KPIs regularly

• Provide actionable recommendations to improve future campaign strategy and scale partnership operations efficiently

【Who you are】

• 3+ years of influencer partnership experience; PR experience is a plus

• Strong understanding of the Australian influencer ecosystem and end-to-end execution processes

• Hands-on experience executing campaigns independently within the past 6 months (from creator sourcing to post-performance optimization), without relying on agencies

• Strong content planning skills, creative judgment, and data sensitivity

• Proficient in Canva; additional editing software is a plus

• Regularly uses AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI agents) to enhance productivity

• Proactive, collaborative, self-disciplined, and excellent at time management

• Loves pets; pet-ownership experience is a strong advantage
