We are currently launching a new business model as an Independent ATM Operator in Greece. Under this new business model, Printec will actively manage about 900 ATMs all over Greece, aiming to facilitate easy access to cash for everyone focusing on optimized operations and a great user experience. The network will operate under a new brand name, which will build upon the extensive experience that Printec already has in the banking – and more specifically in the ATM – market.

Responsibilities
• Assess and monitor ATM profitability by analyzing financial performance data and operational costs; propose measures to optimize performance and align with profitability targets
• Conduct market research to evaluate current and potential ATM locations; prepare and present business cases, including financial forecasts and demographic analyses, for relocation approvals
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords to secure optimal ATM placements; address issues and negotiate favorable terms
• Initiate and lead lease negotiations with landlords, ensuring contracts align with company goals and comply with legal requirements
• Participate in the ATM installation process in collaboration with the Operations team and external subcontractors
• Utilize customer contact activity tools to maintain accurate logs and update business systems; prepare meetings, presentations, and regular reports for stakeholders as per company processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
• Experience in real estate management with a solid understanding of statistical data
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in Greek & English language
• Willingness to travel
