Atlassian Engineer - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

We are looking for multiple experienced  Atlassian Engineers to join our growing team.  You will primarily work with Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, and related tools across both Data Center and Cloud platforms. You’ll contribute to a major enterprise project focused on consolidating systems and migrating from self-hosted applications to the cloud.

  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize both self-hosted and cloud environments.
• Conduct migrations from self-hosted Atlassian instances to the cloud.
• Create custom project templates, workflows, reporting solutions, and others.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems and platforms.
• Provide post-migration support, including troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Document workflows, processes, and migration steps.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

 

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Cloud & Data Center).
• Experience with cloud-based reporting and integration.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks.
• Understanding of identity and access management, data privacy, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
