Athlete Strategy Intern

We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your Team:

Our team works with top athletes in Track & Field, Triathlon, Trail, and Tennis to help them perform at their best. We build strong partnerships by supporting their needs, improving their performance, and helping them succeed both in competition and beyond.

Your Mission:

• Support the team in managing day-to-day relationships with athletes across Track & Field, Triathlon, Trail, and Tennis.

• Assist with product shipments to athletes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

• Provide general operational support, including organizing materials, schedules, and reports.

• Support the Athlete Compass programme by helping onboard athletes, drive engagement with its tools and resources, and contribute to communication initiatives such as newsletters, updates, and webinars

• Gather and share athlete feedback while helping track development initiatives to continuously improve the Athlete Compass experience

• Support the Athlete Management Backbone in delivering a consistent and scalable athlete experience through accurate data, coordinated workflows, and continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Your Story:

• Strong curiosity and genuine interest in sport, particularly in athlete performance and the world of elite competition

• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on operational processes

• Clear and proactive communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
