• Knowledge of IC testing, ATE/SLT interface hardware, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities along with the capacity to deliver solutions and avoid repetition.

• Willingness to conduct hands-on work beyond thermal hardware, such as socket pin repair and electrical wiring.

• Capability to lift 30-pound thermal plungers and/or load boards.

• Understanding of electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention and control.

• Strong collaborator with excellent communication abilities and experience working across various functional areas.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Demonstrated history of working directly with ATE/SLT thermal hardware from engineering setups to high-volume production.

• Diligent approach to align with all specifications and minimize risks.

• Dedication to engineering excellence through building, hands-on troubleshooting, and preventive action.
