Ataccama Developer / Implementation Consultant (Contract)

About the role:

As an Ataccama Developer / Implementation Consultant, you will support the delivery of Ataccama ONE programmes by configuring and developing data quality pipelines, metadata scanning, workflows, and monitoring components.

You will work closely with architects, DQ leads, and governance stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical outcomes across enterprise environments. This is a hands-on contract role requiring strong technical delivery experience and the ability to work effectively in a client-facing setting.

What you’ll do:

Configure and develop Ataccama ONE solutions across Data Quality and metadata modules

Build data profiling jobs, validation rules, and DQ monitoring workflows

Support metadata ingestion, catalog setup, and scan configuration

Implement remediation workflows and issue tracking processes

Work with Solution Architects to support platform integration and technical delivery

Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities across environments

Ensure technical deliverables meet quality, performance, and scalability requirements

Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to client teams

Collaborate with data engineering teams on source integration and connectivity

Support ongoing platform optimisation and enhancements during delivery

What you'll need:

Hands-on experience developing/configuring Ataccama ONE (highly desirable)

Strong SQL skills and understanding of data structures and integration patterns

Experience delivering Data Quality controls, profiling, and validation pipelines

Exposure to cloud environments (Azure preferred) and enterprise deployment practices

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability in complex environments

Experience working in agile delivery teams and client-facing projects

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
