Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food & beverage in the restaurant and bar. Runs daily operation of restaurant and room service. Ensures daily coordination with kitchen department about monthly special and beverage promotion. Participates in market planning and responsible to the implementation of approved promotional and marketing plans. Gives Managerial supervision to all staff, perform budgetary functions and control operational expenses. Possesses good knowledge of wine, beverage and cocktail.

Education / Professional Experience
