Asst Production Engineer - Global Semicon

Responsibilities:

• Assist the manufacturing supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of the production.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Train and guide manufacturing operators on standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
• Assist in scheduling and planning production activities to meet customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:
• Min Diploma in Material Science / Chemical / Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant working experiences in wafer fab / semiconductor industry
• Good technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and DOE.
• Able to handle a team of a team of operators, technicians
