We are seeking a driven and analytical Assistant Manager – Research to lead and manage end-to-end research engagements across global markets. This role requires strong client-facing capabilities, structured analytical thinking, and the ability to design innovative research frameworks that generate actionable business insights.
The position involves close collaboration with global clients, including US counterparts, and requires flexibility to support cross-time-zone engagements when needed.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development, execution, and delivery of research and consulting engagements.
• Design structured and innovative analytical frameworks to address complex business challenges.
• Independently manage client relationships with a strong focus on Key Account Management.
• Provide strategic inputs to proposals and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Conduct regular client interactions, meetings, and reviews to strengthen relationships and expand engagement scope.
• Develop point-of-view (POV) insights by analyzing market dynamics and business environments.
• Apply creative and practical solutions to project-related challenges.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across geographies to deliver high-impact research outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Provide strategic recommendations backed by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Required Candidate Profile
• Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
• Strong understanding of Business Research, Market Research, and analysis of business issues.
• Global perspective with awareness of international business environments.
• Appreciation for data, numbers, and working knowledge of quantitative and statistical techniques.
• Experience in project management and client-facing roles.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage concurrent research engagements.
• Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Self-starter with high attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
Preferred Experience
• Experience conducting stakeholder engagement studies such as CSAT, ESAT, or DSAT assessments.
