About Your Role:

In this role you'll support the Manager in the running of this venue, a busy bar, restaurant and off-sales. You will lead by example to give the best customer experience as well as co-ordinating with the Manager on all aspects of the running of the business.

About the team:

Your team - made up of competent and passionate colleagues - will be led by an experienced management team. We want to make Mulhollands on the Square a destination for great drinks, amazing food and a unbeatable atmosphere.

About You:

You'll have at least a years experience in a management or supervisory level in a busy bar or restaurant in order to help steer the team here. A knowledge of food, cocktails and other drinks is desirable but a willingness to learn if you don't is essential. We've got all the tools, you just need to be excited to learn. You also must be customer focused, making sure every single experience a customer has at Mulhollands on the Square is absolutely standout. You'll be a natural trainer and love seeing the people around you learn and develop, you'll be responsible for nurturing the future talent and take pride in that.
