1． 执行公司客户服务流程，受理订单，检查订单执行情况，促进订单履行的及时性及准确性并符合客人要求；
2． 通过电话、电邮等，及时受理及跟进客户的咨询，建议及意见等；
3． 遵循公司的流程及服务标准，及时受理及跟进客户投诉；
4.   通过日常工作与客建立良好的合作关系，识别潜在销售机会，主动推荐产品，解除客户疑义，促成更多订单成交以及积极配合主管完成团队的CS销售目标。
5． 完成公司及部门各项要求，如服务水平、成本控制、质量成本等方面；
6． 跨部门团队合作，推动订单及项目执行；
7． 积极参与公司各类型改善项目；
8． 服从管理人员安排及上司安排的其它工作。
1． 大专或以上学历；
2． 英语听说读写熟练，熟悉电脑操作，Windows操作系统及Windows办公软件（ Word, Excel等）；
3． 以客户为导向，关注客户需求，具备良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心；
4． 良好的表达能力和沟通能力；
5． 有一定的应变能力、协调能力、问题处理能力及危机意识；
6． 工作积极主动。
