As the AVP of Value Management, you will be responsible for driving measurable commercial outcomes from both campaign and non-campaign activities across the bank. You will combine strategic, analytical and executional expertise to identify prioritize and deliver initiatives that enhance customer value, optimize marketing investments and improve business profitability.
 
• Value & Performance Optimization:• Create and implement a value creation framework that quantifies the scorecard impact of campaign and non-campaign activities
• Partner with teams across the business like product, marketing and analytics to identify the levers for revenue growth, cost optimization, customers experience and regulatory compliance
• Support the build of business cases for investment in customer propositions, digital initiatives and marketing programs and link each to measurable KPIs
• Track performance against budget through structured review programs
• Identify levers that deliver commercial impact outside marketing campaign activity
• Support and lead pilot programs to test new propositions and channel engagement
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to operationalize value creation initiatives
• Campaign Strategy & Performance:• Translate strategic objectives into actionable campaign plans that deliver measurable outcomes
• Define and deliver success metrics, A/B test designs and post campaign execution frameworks
• Lead commercial reviews of marketing and engagement activity to identify incremental value and optimize future spend
• Collaborate with cross channel teams to improve conversion and reduce acquisition and servicing costs
• Strategic Responsibilities:• Serve as analytics partner to business heads on commercial strategy and performance management
• Enable a culture of value accountability by embedding commercial thinking across teams
Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics , Finance or related fields
 
Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in banking or consulting, with a focus on commercial strategy, go-to-market, value management or performance optimization
• Proven experience leading digital transformation or campaign-led growth initiatives
• Strong track record of delivering measurable commercial impact in complex, matrixed organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical and structured problem-solving capability and comfortable working with data teams
• Familiarity with banking industry dynamics, digital channels and customer value levers
