The commercial cash management sales is responsible for managing and selling cash management solutions to wholesale and business clients. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through the sale of cash management products , ensuring the bank meets its sales and financial targets.
This role will be reporting to Vice President - Cash Management Sales Head, you will work closely with 16 dynamic team member within the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and business clients, acting as a trusted advisor for cash management solutions.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and delivering tailored proposals aligned with client needs.
• Understand client business models to identify opportunities for operational efficiency using corporate card and cash management products.
• Provide expert consultation on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory updates across the UAE and GCC region.
• Collaborate with product, operations, IT, and compliance teams to develop and deliver customized, compliant solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to position offerings effectively and recommend product enhancements.
• Manage operational, credit, and compliance risks associated with cash management products, ensuring adherence to internal policies.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and platform support.
• Achieve division-set sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor performance metrics and stay current with industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Treasury Professional - CTP) is an advantage.
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in corporate credit card industry , with a focus on cash management sales in a bank or financial institution. Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred.
• Industry Exposure: Banking or Financial Services
