About the role:

The ATM Channel Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the ATM network, encompassing installation, budgeting, enhancements, revenue generation, and sales performance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that ATM uptime and customer experience are consistently maintained at industry-leading standards.

A key focus will be on innovation and problem-solving—developing new functionalities to enhance service delivery and reduce customer queuing at ATMs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and customer-centric, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize channel performance and elevate user satisfaction.

What You Will be Doing:

• Leverage the ATM network to drive strategic business expansion and enhance customer reach.
• Maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation through effective ATM channel management.
• Ensure the ATM interface is intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving customer needs.
• Oversee the timely launch of approved ATM-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the overall ATM installation budget, implementing a robust maker-checker process to monitor and control costs related to rentals, repairs, and maintenance.
• Conduct monthly network performance reviews to identify optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain high availability standards across the ATM network—targeting 99% uptime for ATMs and 97% for EDMs

What Are We Looking For:

• University Degree or Equivalent
• Certifications in compliance/ certifications in operational risk management / certification in finance.
• 8 – 10 years’ experience in banking industry with vast exposure to ATM channels & Project Management

What You Should Have:

• A combination of business and operations skill with expertise in finding ATM locations as per business needs
• Ability to drive a sales team and achieve targets through ATM channels
• Good evaluation skills to estimate time schedules and decision – making skills to delier efficient, error free projects
• Project, People and Change management skills with focus on getting results and ability to interact with managers and staff at all levels
• Good networking and PR skills
• Ensure hand in hand approach with other departments
