Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between key client accounts and internal teams, including business development, technology, and marketing.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of enterprise SaaS products across client organizations.
• Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
• Lead new business pitches and manage the onboarding of new clients to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and document client needs through SOWs, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor market trends, track competitor activity, and leverage CRM and analytics tools to optimize account strategies.
• Maintain a proactive, results-driven, and client-focused approach while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, or business development within a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong experience in consultative client management, system integrations, requirement gathering, and cross-functional project execution.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively to senior executives.
• Skilled in managing multiple high-priority accounts in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent organizational, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Confident, dynamic, and collaborative persona; a sense of humor and positive attitude is a plus.
• Experience in consultative sales or as a solutions engineer is advantageous.
