We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Associate Technical Project Manager, who will coordinate cross-functional technology projects within the Game Tech department, ensuring smooth collaboration with multiple development, platform, and production teams across Gameloft worldwide.

You will be joining the Game Tech team, a central technology group of around 50 members spread across Paris, Montreal, Bucharest, Saigon, and Jogjakarta. The team partners with game studios and other departments to deliver core engines, SDKs, tools, and shared services that power Gameloft’s cross-platform development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects and missions involving internal teams and other teams across the company
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, other departments and game teams
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress aligns with their goals and expectations
• Manage planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones and timelines
• Provide regular progress reports, including project status
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate issues and risks

Must Have:

• Experience of at least 3 years as producer or project manager
• Experience with project management tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Will to improve workflow and process continuously
• Organizational skills and proactive thinking

Nice to Have:

• Experience with agile methodologies and practices
• Experience in game development and particularly on console
• Experience with distributed teams across multiple locations
• Experience working in a central technology team or worldwide department
