Responsibilities

• Provide support on the Common Use Terminal Equipment platform (C.U.T.E.) and the Departure Control Systems – handle hardware, software and network technical support
• Manage installation and testing of C.U.T.E. stations
• Train & support C.U.T.E. users
• Perform maintenance and upgrading procedures
• Event logging and monitoring through systems

Requirements:
• Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or Networks
• Excellent knowledge of Windows and MS Office
• Knowledge of Linux is desirable
• Excellent use of the English language (verbal and written)
• Communication skills
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Willing to work in shifts
