Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Direct Shipment operations, including securing direct orders through the Reverse PO process, executing container diversions, issuing return authorizations, and responding to inbound inquiries

• Conduct Reverse PO simulations to develop containerized orders aligned with customer forecasts and business requirements

• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm and secure orders based on Reverse PO simulation results

• Monitor and track orders throughout the end-to-end process to ensure on-time and accurate delivery

• Enhance order visibility and operational performance by preparing and sharing reports on direct shipment rates and on-time delivery metrics

• Execute container diversions and manage return authorizations to support timely delivery and cost optimization

• Drive continuous improvement by partnering cross-functionally to identify and implement process and system enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant field

• Strong relationship builder

• Excellent data analysis skills

• Outstanding communications skills

• Solid business acumen

$60,000—$70,000 USD
