Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Associate, Strategy & Transformation PMO at our Shawnee, KS location.
The Associate, Strategy & Transformation PMO supports the execution, structure, and governance of Shawnee’s site-level transformation agenda.
This role provides process discipline, tracking, coordination, and performance visibility across transformation focus areas (Planning, Inventory, Capacity, Data). The Associate is embedded within functional work while also supporting PMO and governance forums to ensure decisions translate into execution and measurable outcomes. Support change management and adoption for transformation initiatives, including development of job aids, coordination of SOP rollouts, support for training activities, and execution of readiness and compliance checks to ensure changes are embedded into day‑to‑day operations.
This is a site-based, execution-focused role designed for early‑career professionals. Expect to spend time in functional areas and operational settings to understand issues at the source and accelerate execution.
Key Accountabilities
Support execution of transformation initiatives aligned to defined focus areas.
Drive closure rate on committed actions; escalate stalled owners within defined timeframes.
Maintain plans, action trackers, risk and issue logs, and support transformation cadences.
Increase closure rate on actions; improve on-time completion of key milestones; visible KPI reporting tied to transformation focus areas.
Enable cross-functional coordination and dependency management.
Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies
reduce cycle time of decisions-to-execution.
Support development and maintenance of KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
Embed within functional teams while maintaining alignment to transformation governance and priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
1–5 years of experience in management consulting, operations, PMO, process improvement, supply chain, or analytical roles.
Experience in CDMO and/or animal health, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences preferred
Strong process orientation and structured problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with operational and performance data required.
Experience with KPIs, scorecards, or performance tracking preferred.
Exposure to supply chain or manufacturing environments preferred.
Exposure to Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence methodologies preferred. Lean / Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification preferred.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) preferred.
Strong follow‑through, communication, and collaboration skills.
