REQUIREMENTS:
• Total Experience 4+ Years
• Hands-on experience working on the Salesforce platform with Salesforce Field Service and Service cloud
• Experience delivering 2–4 Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC), and Force.com
• Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, legacy systems) using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Good understanding of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Writing and reviewing great quality code.
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions including configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Build and enhance core CRM functionalities based on business requirements.
• Work as part of a cross-functional Agile team to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, record types, workflows, Process Builder, Flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Implement Salesforce security model using profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components (Aura & LWC).
• Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and improve UI/UX using SLDS.
• Create reports, dashboards, custom tabs, and automation including email generation and process flows
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Support deployment activities across Salesforce environments and ensure release stability.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
