REQUIREMENTS:
• Total Experience 4+ years
• Strong experience in Salesforce development, with strong hands-on experience in Field Service Lightning
• Experience in implementing 2–4 Salesforce projects.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Field Service.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, and Force.com.
• Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets).
• Experience with deployment tools and environment management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Writing and reviewing great quality code.
• Lead and support Salesforce implementation and development activities across projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Force.com.
• Configure Salesforce platform features including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user interface and user experience.
• Implement and support Salesforce Field Service solutions based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using SOAP/REST APIs and middleware tools.
• Work collaboratively within cross-functional Agile teams including business analysts, testers, and architects.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
• Manage deployment and release activities across Salesforce environments (Development, QA, UAT, Production).
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
