We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for state clients. The ideal candidate will be highly self-driven, capable of working independently, and skilled at managing hiring manager expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified talent within agreed timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring compliance with client and organizational standards.
• Provide market insights and set realistic expectations for hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements
• 6-8 years of IT recruitment experience, with proven success in hiring.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess candidate qualifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to present ideas confidently and influence decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing hiring manager relationships and setting expectations.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for public sector hiring.
• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Work Model Hybrid: 3 days per week in the New York Office.
• Location: New York City
• Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week) - (Tuesday /  Wednesday / Thursday)
• Salary Range: $85K - $91K Base + Upto 10% Performance Based Bonus (depending on skills and years of experience.)
