Associate Software Engineer - AI/ML- Fresh Graduates

Devsinc is looking for a highly motivated Associate Software Engineer - AI/ML to join our innovative team. Responsibilities:
We are looking for passionate and driven Associate Software Engineers to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn, solve complex problems, and contribute to software development projects.

• Work closely with the development team to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to create scalable and maintainable code.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data management and optimization.
• Implement data structures and algorithms to enhance application performance.
• Solve analytical and logical problems to improve system efficiency.
• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

• Assist in designing and developing AI/ML models and algorithms to extract insights from data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to prepare data, analyze results, and improve model accuracy.
• Implement machine learning solutions and ensure they are optimized for performance.
• Participate in testing and validation of models against datasets and ensure high standards of quality.
• Document processes, findings, and methodologies to support continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java, with knowledge of frameworks and libraries for ML (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn).
• Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving complex problems.
• Good communication abilities and teamwork skills.
• Prior internship or project experience in AI/ML is a plus but not required.
