Associate / Senior, Tax (Transfer Pricing)

We have opportunities for interested candidates in our tax department - Transfer Pricing. We are looking for an energetic and friendly team player that's looking to develop a career in transfer pricing!

Responsibilities:

Supports to manage a portfolio of TP engagements;

Be part of the team to assist with TP documentation preparation, related party transactions forms, TP health-check, TP planning and regional advisory reports and tax audits;

Review and draft related party transaction agreements;

Prepare/draft tax advisory for clients for restructuring and/or CITQ;

Prepare financial and economic analysis/benchmarking analysis;

Involved with other broader tax matters such as fee proposals, etc.

Requirements:

Any recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics and related qualifications.

1 - 3 years and 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing will be considered for Associate and Senior role respectively, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!

Attained / attaining accreditation from the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) would be an added advantage.

Able to work independently

Attention to details and familiar with Microsoft Office.

Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking)

Good, interpersonal communication skills in building rapport and collaborating effectively with other team members and/or peers.
