About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Lawyer as well as a Senior Lawyer to join our Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who wants to work at the intersection of corporate law, commercial matters, and financial services regulation within a fast-growing and regulated environment. You will work closely with senior legal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Compliance, Finance, Business) to support a wide range of legal matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory topics. Depending on your level of experience, you will take ownership of complex legal issues and contribute to building scalable legal processes that support the company’s continued growth.
The role reports to the company’s Chief Legal Officer.
Associate Lawyer (2–4 years PQE):
Advising on corporate and commercial law matters
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
Handling corporate administration and governance topics
Working closely with management, internal teams and external advisors
Cyprus qualification is mandatory
Strong background in corporate and commercial law
Exposure to corporate administration is a plus
Interest in financial services or digital assets preferred
Senior Lawyer (5–8 years PQE):
Advising on financial services regulation (MiFID II, MiCAR, AIFMD, funds)
Acting as a key legal contact for regulatory matters
Supporting the development of internal legal and compliance frameworks
Cyprus qualification is mandatory
Extensive experience in corporate and commercial law
Solid knowledge of financial services regulation (MiFID II, MiCAR, AIFMD, funds)
CySEC Advanced Exam preferred; willingness to complete it if not yet achieved
Independent and structured working style
