In Switzerland, our “Technology Strategy & Transformation” team of 35+ Management and Technology Consultants is the spearhead of PwC’s technology consulting practice. We have the privilege to work with many of the leading companies in the market, as well as new and growing businesses. To best serve our clients in Switzerland and across the globe, we collaborate closely with our global PwC network. Your tasks

• You will co-develop technology strategies and support exciting transformation projects for our clients in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, wholesale and retail and public sector.
• You will work closely with customers collectively present value as a team with experienced colleagues to senior leadership and/or executive management.
• You will support CIOs / CTOs and IT Leadership and their teams in designing and implementing projects to solve the biggest challenges of their IT organization.
• You'll apply best practice frameworks to help you develop solutions through document study, interviews and workshops.
• You will assist in the evolution of our service portfolio to address changing market needs.
• You will work in a down-to-earth team with a transparent feedback culture and have access to first-class national and international trainings to continuously develop your technical skills and soft skills.
• You will be part of an international and dynamic network that not only solves current problems, but also actively shapes the future through innovative and sustainable projects and initiatives.

Your profile

• You are known for being reliable and methodical, with a keen eye for detail. You have a thirst for knowledge and love bringing fresh ideas to a fast-paced environment. You follow through on tasks and get things done.
• You are either a recent graduate or about to complete your Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or Engineering, and you’ve had some exposure to IT topics.
• You’re passionate about IT innovation and digital transformation. You get excited about optimizing processes and understanding relevant (IT) frameworks.
• You have a talent for creating compelling narratives and conducting technological analyses using state of the art tools.
• Ideally, you’ve already had some experience working in a consulting firm or an internal strategy department.
• You have basic skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Miro or Mural is an advantage.
• Your interpersonal skills are excellent, and you have a persuasive communication style.
• You’re comfortable with regular travel and speak English and German fluently. If you know French or other languages, that’s a plus.
