GENERAL TRACK POSITIONS |

Step into a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with governments, global organisations, and private sector players to solve the world’s most pressing challenges - from labour and trade to climate and education.

1. Associate: (Experience - Entry Level - 1–2 years or strong internship experience)

As an Associate at Whiteshield, you’ll contribute end-to-end: from diagnostic and modelling phases to strategy design and on-the-ground implementation. You’ll collaborate with a global team of policy advisors and economists, gain early exposure to senior decision-makers, and receive tailored training across public policy, data, and economic modelling.

2. Senior Associate: (Experience - 2-3 years relevant experience)

As a Senior Associate at Whiteshield, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and public policy, shaping high-impact solutions for governments and global organisations. This is your opportunity to own complex workstreams, engage directly with senior policymakers, and drive insights into actionable strategies - all while mentoring junior colleagues and accelerating your leadership journey.
