About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate/Senior Associate to join the team supporting a visionary government digital entity. This role is perfect for a consultant with 4-6 years of experience who thrives on solving complex problems and executing strategic projects. You will be instrumental in supporting strategy formulation, conducting deep-dive analyses, and ensuring the smooth execution of transformative digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis & Support: Support the strategic planning cycle by conducting rigorous analysis, performing strategic deep dives, and employing structured problem-solving techniques to address key business challenges.
• Transformation Execution: Assist in transformation planning and provide vital project management support. This includes tracking project milestones, supporting value realization efforts, and helping to prepare executive updates.
• Digital Project Involvement: Act as a key team member on digital and technology-related projects, contributing analytical insights and supporting project delivery.
• Collaborative Execution: Work effectively within a fast-paced, agile team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4–6 years of professional experience, ideally within a leading consulting firm.
• Strong foundation in strategic analysis, business modeling, and structured problem-solving.
• Experience in supporting transformation projects, with a good understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Exposure to digital, technology, or IT-related projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
