Support the development, maintenance, and distribution of operational reports and data visualizations that enable monitoring, oversight, and decision-making for Operations stakeholders. This role partners with analytics team members and business partners to deliver accurate, timely, and well-documented reporting solutions using enterprise reporting and visualization tools. Focuses on execution and continuous learning while working within established standards, governance, and requirements.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience, including internship, in reporting, analytics, data visualization, or related roles.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data visualizations using enterprise reporting or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms).
• Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for data analysis and validation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
• Ability to follow established processes, standards, and documentation practices.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred:
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for report or dashboard development.
• Exposure to databases, data extracts, or data modeling concepts.
• Basic familiarity with query languages (e.g., SQL).
• Experience supporting operational, process, or performance reporting.

Job Responsibilities 

a. Develop, update, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using approved analytics and data visualization tools to support daily, weekly, and monthly operational monitoring.

b. Execute recurring and ad hoc reporting requests in alignment with documented requirements and service-level expectations, with guidance from senior analysts or team leadership.

c. Assist with intake, clarification, and tracking of reporting requests, gathering required inputs and ensuring requests are appropriately documented.

d. Perform data validation and quality checks on reports and visualizations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards; escalate discrepancies as needed.

e. Support the refresh, scheduling, and distribution of internal reports and dashboards.

f. Collaborate with Analytics peers and Operations stakeholders to understand reporting needs and incorporate feedback into report enhancements.

g. Assist with data preparation activities for reporting and analysis, including use of existing data models, datasets, and derived elements.

h. Create and maintain documentation and procedures for reports, data sources, calculations, and standard processes to ensure transparency and continuity.

i. Develop a working understanding of Operations workflows, metrics, and performance indicators to better align reporting with business needs.

j. Other duties as assigned.
