Associate Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate Analyst to join our QA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they are reliable, fully functional, and meet defined specifications before release. Working closely with developers and reporting to the QA Analysis Lead, the QA Associate Analyst will help identify defects, validate system behavior, and contribute to the overall quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Review requirements and test plans to understand expected system behavior.

Identify, prepare, and document test data to support test cases and test conditions.

Execute manual testing across various software features and environments.

Identify, log, and track defects accurately in the designated bug-tracking system.

Analyze actual test results against expected outcomes and report discrepancies.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes.

Ensure testing activities are completed in line with quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify software strengths and weaknesses.

Ability to think abstractly and understand how individual components fit into the overall system.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and a methodical, organized approach to work.

Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
