Associate QA Lead

What You'll Do

Own and develop test strategies for each SDK and feature update.

Evaluate automation return on investment for CI/CD pipelines.

Complete tests ensuring compatibility across platforms.

Review bug reports for accuracy and relevance.

Identify and advance critical bugs based on risk analysis.

Research and recommend new tools to improve testing.

Coach and mentor QA Engineers, driving their professional growth.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in mobile game development.

Proficiency in Unity 3D, Android, iOS, and SDKs.

Strong understanding of client-server systems.

Experience developing Python scripts and Mac terminal commands.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to build and implement effective test strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

Experience in coaching and mentoring QA teams.
