Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is set up to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Globally.
As part of the Global Learning Services – Customer Facing team, this role supports the end-to-end project management of learning and development initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of training solutions to global stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Coordination: Plan, initiate, and coordinate learning projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations, facilitating communication, and ensuring transparency across project lifecycles.
• Resource & Timeline Management: Track project milestones, manage resource allocation, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of standardized project management processes, tools, and templates to improve operational efficiency across the Global Learning Services team.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and lessons learned to support governance and continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), LMS administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.
About you:
• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably within a Learning & Development, Training, or HR shared services environment.
• Soft skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and a structured approach. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse, global stakeholders. Proactive mindset to identify challenges early and drive resolution collaboratively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms for planning and tracking. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LxPs) to support project coordination. Ability to create dashboards and reports using MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to track project KPIs and learning metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) for communication and documentation.
• Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies are an added advantage.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially those relevant to global pharmaceutical operations.
