Job Description
As an Associate Project Manager in the Professional Services division, you will report to the Client Services Principal. You are responsible for the overall relationship management of client accounts and day-to-day activities. Your primary mission is to ensure Ethics Code delivers quality projects and services on time and within budget through the effective management of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Delivery: Manage one or more projects focusing on scope delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
• PM Support: Assist Project Managers with tracking deliverables, maintaining current study documentation, and monitoring project financials and invoicing accuracy.
• Operational Assistance: Help monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and issues while raising work requests to other departments as needed.
• Communication: Capture action items and minutes during client and internal meetings and provide proactive communication to all stakeholders.
• Compliance: Assure all work complies with the company’s standard project management methodologies and SOPs.
Requirements:
Competencies
• Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of clinical research (pharma, device, or biotech) and Clinical Research SaaS technology.
• Communication & Organization: Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with organizational and presentation abilities.
• Soft Skills: Proven time management, collaboration, team-building awareness, and the ability to be self-motivated.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in internal systems and experience with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel 10% - 20% both nationally and internationally.
Education & Experience
• Education: A 4-year college degree or equivalent is preferred; an analytic discipline is considered a plus.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a clinical, biomedical, or software development environment is preferred.
• Advantageous Experience: Prior experience supporting project teams and meeting timelines is a benefit.
