Job Overview
NobleReach is seeking an Associate, Program Experience, reporting to the Director, Program Experience. This role will collaborate with the internal team to support the day-to-day management of the Scholars program, especially as it pertains to ensuring an excellent, high-touch, outcomes-focused experience for prospective, current, and past participants of the program.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships with prospective, current, and alumni Scholars by sharing rotational responsibility for conducting and documenting check-ins, ensuring prompt responses when necessary, and serving as the point of contact for certain program logistics.
• Ensure Scholars' consistent access to quality programming and resources for professional and career development, including coordinating ongoing programming (such as virtual workshops and social programs between in-person convenings) and referrals to professional advisors (alumni, mentors, etc.).
• Execute alumni stewardship processes through defined engagement touchpoints, maintaining accurate alumni records and status updates, monitoring alumni channels, and coordinating alumni participation in program activities.
• Participate, alongside the full team, in the recruitment, selection, and matching process, including presenting information sessions, conducting interviews, and coordinating placement-related finalist communications.
• Monitor and document Scholars' work and its impact on the communities they serve, supporting program storytelling and impact reporting.
• Coordinate aspects of event planning, including logistics, attendee and speaker management, and day-of on-site/online operations.
• Other tasks as may be requested by leadership in support of the mission.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of experience in program or project management or coordination, preferably in a government, consulting, or business setting
• Experience in a people-focused role; proven ability to develop stakeholder relationships and manage expectations
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to have an impact on society
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment; ability to exercise flexibility and good judgment in complex situations
• Appetite for curiosity and desire to learn
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Experience in event planning or event coordination is a plus
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus
• Experience at an academic institution, start-up organization, government contractor, or government agency is a plus
