At Notre Dame, your work matters, and so do you!
Empower Leaders. Transform Education. Make an Impact.
Are you passionate about the intersection of faith, leadership, and educational equity? The Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) is looking for a dynamic Associate Program Director to join our Educational Access team. This isn't just a desk job—it’s a chance to shape the next generation of Catholic educational leaders through two of our most impactful initiatives: the Frassati Internship and the Program for Educational Access (PEA).
Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, you will be the engine behind recruitment, the architect of program experiences, and the voice of our mission.
Your Mission: Two Pillars of Impact
The Frassati Internship: Mentorship & Partnership
• Relationship Architect: Serve as the primary liaison for partner organizations, fostering deep, mission-aligned relationships with roughly fifteen key partners.
• Talent Scout: Lead the charge in recruiting, selecting, and strategically placing thirty high-potential interns annually.
• Program Visionary: Own the full lifecycle of the internship—from designing high-energy onboarding sessions to creating meaningful alumni connections.
• Storyteller: Champion the Frassati brand by authoring compelling blog posts, driving social media strategy, and launching innovative recruitment campaigns.
Program for Educational Access (PEA): Strategy & Operations
• Summit Director: Take the lead on event management for the Reform Leaders’ Summit (RLS), ensuring a world-class experience for participants.
• Digital Learning Lead: Design and facilitate the RLS remote learning curriculum, blending strategy with content development to engage leaders nationwide.
• Selector of Excellence: Manage the rigorous recruitment and evaluation process for forty RLS candidates each year.
• Strategic Communicator: Execute the PEA communication strategy, keeping our community engaged and informed through digital and social channels.
Other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of our mission.
• Education: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (5 years) or advanced certification beyond Bachelor’s
• Experience: 1 to 2 years
• Excellent interpersonal skills and facility communicating with prospective applicants – with a particular focus on writing. Classroom teaching experience is not required, but extremely valuable, preferably in a Catholic school.
This position will close on April 17, 2026.
