We are searching for an Associate, Production Operations who can both name Nottingham Forrest’s right back and set up Multicam editing sequences. Working on our technical production team, this person will play a vital role in collecting and organizing all technical aspects of production.
Associate, Production Operations
Location: United States, Hybrid/ Mostly Remote (Ideally located in New York City, NY)
What you’ll do:
Assist senior and freelance editors with ingesting, formatting, and syncing of incoming raw footage.
Run remote and in-person (if necessary) recording sessions, managing all media from records.
Tee up video projects and sequences in an extremely organized and efficient manner.
Track down clips and media from external archives
Manage and maintain order in all Men in Blazers media archives
Edit video content in a variety of styles
Create title graphics and thumbnails as necessary
Research, clip, and transcode video clips and social assets for larger projects.
Assist the MiB Director of Production Operations and team up with editors to execute advanced edits for
digital and broadcast mediums.
Operate advanced IT systems such as JAMF and Google Workspace
Troubleshoot technical, and creative challenges and escalate technical issues.
Reviewing podcast and video exports to ensure there are no technical errors.
Maintain digital archives and gear libraries
What you need:
Mac literacy with proficiency in creative technologies such as Adobe creative suite: Premier, Media Encoder, Audition, After Effects, and Illustrator.
Should have a technical mind as well as strong organizational skills
Deep passion and understanding of the game of soccer, both in the United States and abroad
Must be extremely detailed oriented with an interest in project management
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must have an enthusiasm for technology and production and an eagerness to learn.
Experience setting up multi-camera sequences.
Willingness to work nights and weekends, based on world football schedules
Willingness to move off the ball to assist other team members
