Rockstar is on the lookout for a passionate Associate Production Coordinator to join our Commerce team.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

WHAT WE DO

• The Rockstar Games Commerce team provides players with modern, consistent, and personalized buying experiences across gaming platforms through backend services, client integration, and bespoke tooling.

• We work closely with various teams within Rockstar – including online services, game development, and security – to ensure financial services are maintained across all our titles and applicable platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Product, Production, and Engineering teams to support the development of high-quality features and continuous product improvement.

• Foster strong communication across teams, ensuring technical and product requirements are understood, feasible, and aligned through delivery.

• Maintain and prioritize team backlogs, ensuring tickets are well-defined, and meetings are clearly detailed and actioned.

• Coordinate project timelines across development and operation teams, track progress against schedules, and provide regular updates to leadership.

• Serve as Scrum Master, coach teams on agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous process improvement.

• Identify and resolve blocking issues to maintain development schedules and asset tracking.

• Monitor project progress and milestones, produce status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

• 1+ years of experience in project management or production.

• Knowledge of sprint methodologies and experience maintaining project plans and schedules.

• Ability to comprehend technical information in written form and through verbal communication.

• An understanding of gaming platforms and their commerce systems as a user.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency with task management software like Figma, Monday, JIRA, Microsoft Project, Hansoft, or Trello.

• Experience managing wikis using Confluence or SharePoint.

• Organized, adaptable, and flexible, able to quickly adjust to changing priorities and new challenges.

• Self-motivated, interested in games and curious about how things work.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

PLUSES

• Certifications such as CSM, PMP, or similar.

• Background in computer science and/or programming.

• Software development or video game industry experience.

• Passion for the video game industry.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

*NY Base Pay Range
$60,000—$72,500 USD
