Job Title: Associate Production Coordinator - Consumer Web Publishing

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 3 Months

Client is looking for only W2 contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Help coordinate the publishing process from start to finish
- Accountable for assigned website areas for any redesign or changes
- Effectively anticipates problems, generates and analyzes solutions
- Provide solutions to publishers to effectively utilize the site
- Work with our Producers and coding resources to balance workload and keep deadlines
- Liaise with Editorial stakeholders in conjunction with Producers
- Code articles in HTML for posting via content management platform as needed
- Thoroughly QA articles for accuracy, adherence to specs, and compatibility on all supported platforms
- Track and report on monthly volumes

Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience, with majority in Web production and publishing
- Must be exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of web development processes and web standards and experience using a CMS
- Working knowledge of HTML, content management systems, image processing, and other current web technologies

Desired (not required) Skills:

• Experience managing clients
Consumer portal experience

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Communications, or Journalism highly preferred or equivalent experience
